If you are not happy with your order and would like to return or exchange, please get in touch via email to I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Items must be returned in an unused and resale-able condition in its original packaging.

Return shipping must be paid  by the customer unless the item is faulty. Proof of posting must be provided as refunds cannot be made for items that are lost in the post. 

Items bought as seconds or in the sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
